Location: Waterfront Park , just south of the Hawthorne Bridge
Call Time: 2:45 pm
Dress: Come dressed in black pants (or girls can wear long skirts) and a white short sleeved shirt. Boys do not need to wear ties. There will NOT be time to change between the rehearsal and the concert.

Time Line:

2:45 pm Call time

3:00-4:30 pm Acoustic Rehearsal

5:00 pm Concert begins

5:45 pm Concert ends

Chabrier Espana
Sarasate Zigeunerweisen
Bizet Selections from Carmen Suites

Note: We are using Oregon Symphony’s stage and set up. They have asked us not to move anything, especially the microphones that are set up strategically around the stage. Please be aware of that as you rehearse and perform.

In case of rain the concert will be moved to Friday, August 29 (same schedule.)

Parking: There are several parking garages close to Waterfront Park. One is between Market and Clay between 1st and 2nd . Another is at 3rd and Clay. If you park on the street be sure that you have enough money in the meter to last until the time when it becomes free.

PYP Rehearsal Schedule 2007-08 Season

Full Rehearsal	Mondays, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
WBP Sectional	Mondays, 4:45 p.m. - 6:10 p.m.
Strings Sectional	Saturdays, 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

There is no rehearsal on the following dates: Nov. 24, 2007; Dec. 24, 29, & 31, 2007; and March 24 & 29, 2008.
