PYP Family Field Trip Request 2025-2026

Band and orchestra directors (or motivated parents of band and orchestra students), please use this form to request to participate in PYP's Family Field Trip program, which provides free tickets and bus transportation (as desired) for band/orchestra students and their families to a PYP concert at the Schnitzer Concert Hall. We will try to meet all your requests, but can't guarantee placement in the concert of your choice.

Please have ready the total number of seats requested and total number of people who will be riding the bus (sometimes families want to drive themselves and park in the parking structure across the street).
