Hosting a Table

Table hosts are a big part of the Meet the Musicians Fundraiser. Please carefully read the following before continuing.

1) The cost to host a table is $500.
2) Each table seats eight people. Table Hosts are expected to fill six seats (the remaining two will be filled with student musicians, seated by PYP).
3) Please communicate to your guests that they will be invited to make a donation during the event’s special
appeal.
