Thank you for your interest in the Double Bass! Our Community Double Bass Class will start in September and takes place on Saturdays at PYP's Building in the Irvington neighborhood (1820 N.E. 21st Avenue, Portland, OR 97212). Class meet on Saturdays from 2:00-3:15 PM. Each term will conclude with a recital on the final meeting day. Tuition for each term is $100/student with financial aid and scholarships available. Fall term tuition is due by Sept. 26, Winter term will be due by Jan. 16 - we will email you with payment instructions. These classes are designed for beginning-level students who want to learn the basics of double bass.
