Jane Perlas

Jane Perlas is an Employee Benefits Consultant and Shareholder
with The Partners Group. She started her career in her hometown of
Chicago, working for Aon. In 2007, Jane joined the Partners Group
where she is a trusted advisor to her clients. Jane provides thoughtful
leadership and skilled analysis to help northwest employers achieve
their business goals. Her passion is building deep, long-term
partnerships with clients to understand their business needs and
ensure that their benefits program aligns with their company culture,
mission, and strategy.

Jane graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in International Business and a
minor in Russian language and literature. She and her husband, Kevin, have three adult
children. Jane’s son is a PYP alumni and is pursuing a bachelors in Music Education at
Michigan State University. In her free time, Jane enjoys running, hiking, paddleboarding, and
skiing. Enjoyment of music has been a constant in her life. As a former PYP parent, Jane
welcomes the opportunity to give back to PYP as a board member.
