Molly Rank

Molly Rank is a biomedical engineer with expertise in Lean problem-solving, process improvement, and leadership development. Her professional experience includes end-product testing and leadership at UL LLC and serving in the Lean Transformation Office at PeaceHealth. Molly is recognized for her thoughtful and collaborative approach, as well as her commitment to fostering meaningful connections among colleagues.

Musically inclined since childhood, Molly studied the piano and sang in choir during her school years and continued to nurture this passion through university. She values music as an outlet for relaxation and creativity amidst a busy family life in “Port-couver.”

Molly is honored to join the Portland Youth Philharmonic Board of Directors as both a dedicated parent and active community member. She has been actively involved in PYP for several years, volunteering at rehearsals, children’s concerts, and performances, and serving on the parent and volunteer committee. Molly resides with her family in Vancouver, Washington.
