Yulbee Shin

Yulbee Shin serves as the Operations Director at PYP, bringing a unique full-circle perspective to the organization as both an alum and now a key member of its leadership team. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that all logistical, administrative, and production elements run smoothly to support PYP’s artistic mission.

Prior to returning to PYP, Yulbee held roles at the Nashville Symphony, where she worked as Assistant Production Manager and Assistant Manager of Artistic Operations. In these positions, she managed complex production logistics, supported guest artists and conductors, and contributed to the planning and execution of world-class performances.

Yulbee holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Music from Pepperdine University, where she cultivated both her analytical skills and passion for the arts. Her combined background in performance, operations, and administration allows her to bridge the gap between artistic vision and practical execution.
