Meet the Musicians is Portland Youth Philharmonic’s annual spring fundraising breakfast, bringing together supporters, families, and community leaders for a powerful morning of music and mission. Guests enjoy live performances by PYP’s talented student musicians (Camerata and PYSE), hear inspiring stories directly from students and artistic leadership, and learn how PYP is shaping the next generation through exceptional music education.

The event is fast-paced, uplifting, and deeply moving — offering a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the young musicians whose lives are being transformed through PYP. While there is no auction, guests will be invited to make a meaningful contribution to support PYP’s programs and students.

Our 2026 Keynote Speaker is Daniel Avshalomov, a PYP alum, and longtime violist of American String Quartet.

It’s a wonderful way to start the day, connect with our mission, and directly invest in the future of music and youth in our community.
