MEET NATHAN COFFMAN, WINNER OF PYP’S 2017-18 CONCERTO COMPETITION



Nathan Coffman is the winner of the 2017-18 PYP Concerto Competition. He will perform Paul Creston‘s Concertino for Marimba and Orchestra with PYP on Saturday, March 3, 2018 in the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.

Voices of Light - Panel Discussion



To set the stage for Camerata PYP’s Voices of Light performance, All Classical Portland and PYP live streamed a conversation with Richard Einhorn, the composer, David Hattner, the conductor, and Amy Borden, Associate Professor of Film Studies at Portland State University, and All Classical Portland’s Suzanne Nance on Wednesday, January 24.



ILLUMINATING VOICES OF LIGHT



Portland Youth Philharmonic’s chamber orchestra, Camerata PYP, will present Voices of Light in the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall on Friday, January 26.
